Right Brain Events and the Ada Downtown Development Authority (DDA) are working together to bring cool vibes and amazing talents to the new, Ada Artisan Market! Set to launch on Thursday July 30--it will run every Thursday from 3-7p. (Except August 27 & September 3) The location is the same site as the Ada Farmers' Market (on Tuesdays) @ 7239 Thornapple River Drive - adjacent parking lot of The Community. Here's the nitty-gritty: Artisans to provide 10'x10' Pop-up tents, tables and chairs. Artisans are responsible for their own sales & taxes. There's no WiFi available. Payments can be made by mailing a check in, paying by check or paying with a credit card in person, at Ada Township Offices. ***There is a $1.50 service charge for every $50 charged. So, if you use plastic, the $225 for a nine week season will have a $4.50 fee added. Sorry, my hands are tied on that. ***
Upon approval of this application, I will email you one more form to select your weeks. This will generate an invoice as well. ***We reserve the option to limit the number of vendors in some categories***
Season rental for nine (9) week season - $225 per single booth Season rental for five (5) week season (does not have to be consecutive weeks) - $125 per single booth Season rental for four (4) week season (does not have to be consecutive weeks) - $100 per single booth Daily rate (anything less than four weeks) - $35 per booth
